1. Twin Peaks (Showtime)

2. The Leftovers (HBO) (the final Season)… this has been a polarizing show, however, it found it’s voice in a brilliant way for season 2
3. Better Call Saul (AMC)… not surprising. It was the Hollywood Binge #1 show last year.
4. Fargo (FX)… not surprising. It would’ve been the #1 Hollywood Binge show it’s first two seasons. After taking a year off, here’s to hoping it’s voice in today’s world shines even brighter
5. Halt and Catch Fire (AMC)… last season put it in position to land in the pantheon of brilliant shows if it can stick the landing of its final season.
6. Master of None (Netflix)…. Season 1 was as good as it gets. I love this show!
7. Mindhunter (Netflix)… Did someone say David Fincher is producing a thriller about FBI agents who interview convicted serial killers to help solve similar cases?
8. Big Little Lies (HBO)… Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman, Shailene, Woodley, Laura Dern, and Adam Scott to name a few. Based on Liane Moriarty’s novel, three mothers of 1st graders lives unravel when a murder takes place.
9. The Deuce (HBO)…  The creator of The Wire and Treme returns with a drama set in NY City in the 70s and the backdrop is the sex industry with James Franco, Maggie Gyllenhaal and the Karate Kid himself Ralph Machio.
10. I’m Dying Up here (Showtime) Should probably be higher. LA Stand-up comedy scene in the 1970s. Jim Carrey and Melissa Leo lead this ensemble.
11. Feud (FX) Ryan Murphy is back to glam up the legendary rivlavary between Joan Crawford and Bette Davis on the set of What Ever Happened to Baby Jane? Jessica Lange as Crawford and Susan Sarandon as Davis.
12. Game of Thrones (HBO)… only a rumored 16 episodes over two seasons remain to finish this epic series.
13. The Americans (FX)… each season tops the last delivering high wire act after high wire act.
14. Legion (FX)…. it has the bloodlines of Fargo’s show runner Noah Hawley, plus look at the run and what’s in the pipeline for FX.
15. Girls (HBO)… final season
16. The Young Pope (HBO)… Yep, it’s crazy… I’ve seen the pilot and it definitely didn’t disappoint, it just feels like a bit of work to get this series rolling. Jude Law is devious as the American Pope.
17. Sneaky Pete (CW)) for those who haven’t seen it… it’s definitely something to see. A fun ride with con.
18. One Mississippi (Amazon)…. you heard the interview… it will be interesting to see where season 2 goes.
19. Z: The beginning of Everything (Amazon) I really liked the pilot. Christina Ricci plays Zelda, a restless teen shortly before meeting her future husband, iconic writer F. Scott Fitzgerald.
20. Santa Clarita Diet (Netflix) Drew Barrmore and Timothy Elephant. Set in the Los Angeles suburb Santa Clarita.
21. Star Trek: Discovery (CBS All Access) I’m not a trekkie, but I’m excited to see what Bryan Fuller does and what it could do for the CBS subscription service that needs some good original content to get people to pay $6 bucks a month.
22. Casual (Hulu) season 3… May 23rd… One of my favorite comedies.  
23. Snowfall (FX)… i’ve been waiting for this series for a while. John Singleton set during the Crack-cocaine epidemic in 1980s Los Angeles.
24. Crashing (HBO)… Judd Apatow sets a comedy in the standup world with actual comic Pete Holmes. He’s forced to couch surfing in the homes of other comics after his wife leaves him.
25. Dear White People (Netflix) The indie gets made into a series.
26. American Gods (Starz) Neil Gaiman’s popular Novel becomes a series. Hannibal’s Bryan Fuller and Everwood’s Michael Green partner as show runners.
27. Stranger Things (Netflix) although it lost me a bit towards the end of season 1… I’m curious to see where it goes in season 2
28. Alias Grace (Netflix) Revolves around a 19th century maid who is improsoned for the murder of her employer… it’s more about he bloodlines behind the show. Directed by American Psycho’s Mary Harron.
29. Powerless (NBC) DC Comics first comedy… intrigued
30. Riverdale… it’s CW, but
